PRF groups the needs of each user into sequences of screens we call ‘flows.’ Flows give access where needed, limiting the learning curve for all. Ten-year-olds learn these flows accidentally. We know because we tested on the little gerbils. Too easy. The six types of users are: -Piercing clients -Piercers -Client-facing studio staff (aka front-desk help) -Studio management -Health Inspectors -Legal Teams (oh lawdy, we hope never for you!)
