With Pine Labs One, nothing is more than 2 clicks away. The app is super-convenient to use. It ensures seamless user experience and provides easy navigation.
Quick support:
Get all your queries answered with Pine Labs One. Our tutorial videos and FAQs are here to guide you. You can also raise a support ticket and track all your support tickets together. No more waiting in call-centre queues.
Transactions, settlements and refunds:
Track transactions (near real-time), settlements (across payment modes) and refunds (UPI only) from your Pine Labs terminal and AllTap, all in one place.
Easy User management:
Adding new users for your stores is super easy in Pine Labs One. You and other admins can create role hierarchies (city, zonal etc.) and limit access to features based on the requirement.
Secured with OTP:
The app comes with enhanced security for sensitive flows involving your money movement. OTP-based authorisation is required to initiate refunds and avail credit facilities.
Enable and track brand EMI:
Your customers can now avail no/low cost EMIs across 4 categories, and 150+ brands through Pine Labs terminal. You can enable brand EMI for the terminal and track the requests in the Pine Labs One app.
Credit facility:
Avail overdraft revolving facilities from partner banks/NBFCs through a simple digital loan. Access money easily to run your daily business operations up to ₹10 lacs.
Multilingual support:
The app is currently available in English and Hindi. Watch out for more upcoming vernacular options.
