PTSD Help was developed for those who have or may have posttraumatic stress disorder. The app provides information & educational resources for its users about PTSD, information about professional care and it has a self-assessment for PTSD. Aside from this, PTSD Help offers a wide range of tools that can help with relaxation, dealing with anger and other types of symptoms that are common for PTSD patients. Users can also customize some of the tools based on their own preferences, being able to integrate their own contacts, photos, songs or audio files. Moreover, this app can be used by people who are undergoing treatment and by people who are not undergoing treatment.
