Your feed has to wait 3 breaths. Your life doesn't. ScrollBreeze is a mindful screen time gatekeeper. When you open a guarded app, a calm breathing ring appears: three deep breaths, about eight seconds. Most urges pass right there. A 2023 PNAS study found this kind of mindful pause cut app opens by 57 percent - and 36 percent of opens were abandoned at the intercept screen itself. Whether you want a full digital detox or you are quietly fighting phone addiction, ScrollBreeze sets gentle app limits on the apps that steal your attention - so your screen time finally matches your intentions. - BREATHING UNLOCK, FREE FOREVER: The entire core loop - breathe, pause, reclaim - costs nothing. The only screen time app where the free tier isn't a hostage situation. - AN OS-LEVEL APP BLOCKER: Built on Apple's Screen Time APIs. No one-tap ignore. If you force-quit ScrollBreeze or reboot, your shield stays armed on the apps you chose. - CONSCIOUS WINDOWS: Really need it? Open a 5, 15, or 30 minute window and scroll with intention. When it ends, the door closes gently - no guilt, no streak shaming. - ONE NUMBER, ZERO NOISE: Today's reclaimed minutes. That is it. No charts, no graphs, no infinite feed inside the app itself. Mindfulness, not metrics. - WEEKLY INSIGHT IN ONE LINE: Every week, one warm sentence about your screen time habits - plus one tappable suggestion. Never a chart wall. - NIGHT GATE: Keep the shield up during your chosen nighttime hours so doomscrolling never eats your sleep. - GENTLE BY DESIGN: At most one reminder a day, at the time you pick. No red badges. No dark patterns. HONESTY POLICY: Deleting ScrollBreeze removes the protection - that is true of every screen time app, we just say it out loud. Task photos exist in memory for a few seconds, then they are gone: never stored, never used for training. If cloud AI is unavailable, task verification falls back to an honest honor mode: you earn half the window duration - never a fake pass. No medical claims, no miracle promises - just a mindful pause that helps you take your attention back. FREE TIER: 3 guarded apps, unlimited breathing unlocks with 5-minute windows, reclaimed-minutes number, life drops, weekly insight. PRO FEATURES ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, 7-day free trial): - Unlimited guarded apps, 15 and 30-minute windows, and night gate. - AI-verified replacement tasks: snap a photo of a real-world task - 10 squats, a walk, tidying your desk - and AI verifies it to earn a 30-minute window plus a life drop. Earned. Not borrowed. BYO LIFETIME ($49.99): all Pro features with your own API key - AI is unlimited because it runs on your balance. CLASSIC LIFETIME ($79.99): every non-cloud-AI feature, forever. AI FEATURES: - This app uses your own API key for cloud AI features if you choose to configure one. You can bring your own key from any compatible provider. - AI features are unlimited with your own key - no usage limits or in-app token purchases. - Your API key is stored securely in your device Keychain and never sent to our servers. - On devices with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26+), weekly insights and some task checks run on-device for free. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION: - Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. - Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. - Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. Download ScrollBreeze today and take your attention back - one breath at a time.
