TARGETplus is a new and exciting way to inspire every child, teacher, parent and policy-maker to take the next action. The three colour reports are attractive and easy to understand. They ‘feed forward’ and a plan of action is integrated in the report format. The result is more targeted and personalized learning by every child and more directed action by the teacher and policy maker.
Take Next Actions Immediately
Reports for the policy-maker can help them take next actions, provide new directions, deliver more targeted teacher training, provide incentives based on objective data, or take corrective action at the state, district or block level. A policy maker may be a school head or a decision-maker of the government.
Reports are generated instantly at the touch of a submit button after the scanning sheets have been filled by the test taker. It takes 5-10 minutes to scan up to 100 sheets then and there (just like QR codes are picked up by an app), without any expert help. Even children of Grades 6 and up can help pick up the scanning sheets in the app. Furthermore, corrections if any can be done then and there itself. No need to carry papers, answer copies or the scanning sheets back and forth from school to another location.
Diagnostic and Personalised Reports – Tests, Surveys, Employee Review, More
Results as detailed. Diagnostic and personalized reports are conveyed immediately to the emails of the registered individual students, teachers and the policy-maker. Parents get their child’s test results before their children reach home! A supervisor, inspector or policy-maker gets their data in real time too, being able to take corrective action immediately.
The same app can be used to do a survey of teachers, or assess employees’ knowledge of anything under the Sun that can be converted into a paper or a survey. No need for computers!
Learning is either a follow-on activity after the identification of gaps, or a starting point with our newly added Global Dreamshaala web portal.
Other Advantages
Upload your papers, or information about the paper, get immediately the scanning sheets in pdf, print or copy on the go. No need for offset printers and calibration, or 80 GSM paper. Any ordinary printer in your school or office can print using ordinary sheets you normally use.

TARGETplus reports are based on the principle of I versus I, or IPSATIVE. Research by Dr. Sunita Gandhi, India’s leading educationist, shows children perform better when they compete with themselves, and not others.
