Memorise the Quran, ayah by ayah. Tasmi is a gentle, guided Quran memorisation companion built to take you from first hearing an ayah to reciting it in your salah. No pressure, no streak shaming. Just one small piece at a time, woven into the life you already have. WHY TASMI Quran memorisation is a lifelong journey, not a sprint. Tasmi is shaped around three quiet beliefs: Memorising should feel like a habit, not a chore. You learn best when you listen, read, and recite together. What you memorise should come back to you in salah and daily prayer, not just in tests. HOW IT WORKS Pick a surah and a range of ayahs you want to memorise. Tasmi turns it into a Challenge, then walks you through clear, bite-sized stages: from meeting the ayahs by ear with beautiful tilawah, to reading the Arabic mushaf with confidence, to reciting from memory, to bringing each verse into your prayer. Every stage pairs the Uthmani Arabic text with high-quality recitation, so your eyes and ears learn the ayah together, and your tajweed strengthens naturally with every listen. REVISE: YOUR PERSONAL REVIEW DECK Every ayah you memorise becomes a card in your personal review deck. Tasmi uses spaced repetition so your verses stay fresh long after the Challenge is finished. Open the Revise tab any time and tap a deck to start an Anki-style review: first-word prompts, gap-fills, and meaning recall, one card at a time. YOUR JOURNEY Watch your progress grow on the Journey page. See the surahs in progress, the ayahs you've already brought to memory, and a quiet daily streak that celebrates consistency without pressuring perfection. BEAUTIFUL ARABIC, BEAUTIFUL RECITATION Every ayah is rendered in the KFGQPC Uthmanic Hafs script of the standard mushaf, the same Arabic Quran text you find in the printed Madinah copy. Listen along to high-quality recitation from beloved reciters including Mishary Alafasy, Abdul Rahman Sudais, Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, and Maher Al-Muaiqly. Learn tajweed by ear, and watch the words you're reciting highlight in real time. FOR EVERY MUSLIM, EVERY DAY Whether you're new to Quran memorisation, a parent helping your child learn the Quran, or a returning student picking up ayahs you once knew, Tasmi meets you where you are. A gentle polish across the app, plus a few important fixes. Revise got simpler. Tap the tab, tap a deck, start reviewing. No more shuffle toggle or card-type checkboxes; every review now includes all the cards for an ayah, every time. Card review got simpler too. Tap a card to flip it, tap "Next card" to move on, and on your last card the button gently switches to "Finish Review." That's it. Leaving a stage mid-way now asks "Leave this stage? Your progress won't be saved." when you tap the ×, so a fumbled tap can't cost you your work. We also fixed a bug in the Listen & Follow Along activity where the "Finish activity" button could stay disabled even after every ayah had finished playing. The sign-in screen has a new hero, a hadith from Sahīh al-Bukhārī as the subtitle, and a clearer "Sign in with Quran Foundation" button. Smaller polish: The Decks tab is now called Revise, with a closed-Quran icon Larger ornament logo on Splash and Sign-in Cleaner ayah numbering on the Meet the Translations cards The Journey tab no longer shows a redundant back button The Home empty screen now closes with a gentle "in sha Allah" Your du'a and feedback are always welcome.
