The One Lambda Video Tutorial Center hosts a library of training videos on software, reagent workflows and instrument topics.
HLA lab technologists must learn how to run many different assays and software applications to perform their jobs, but it can be hard to master each software feature or recall every step of a workflow.
The One Lambda Video Tutorial Center provides on-demand, step-by-step training for our most popular tests and software, allowing laboratory staff to brush up on assay workflows and refresh their knowledge of software functionality whenever they need to, wherever they are!
The videos range 2-5 minutes in length. They are designed to be quick how-to’s that will be easily accessible and useful at the bench.
Key topics covered in the tutorial center include how to:
o Perform NGS library preparation
o Manage and analyze your NGS data in our TypeStream Visual software
o Perform proper washing techniques for SSO, including the tricky “flick”
method
o Configure your HLA Fusion utility settings for additional antibody assays
beyond your standard LABScreen Single Antigen bead tests
o Manage demographic allele frequency and epitope information in HLA
Fusion software in order to perform epitope analysis
o Use key software functionality in HLAMatchmaker as well as
understanding basic approaches to eplet analysis and matching
o Data analysis and assignment approaches for HLA Fusion and
TypeStream Visual software
