Typing Blaster turns proper two-hand keyboard practice into an arcade mission. Begin with the F and J anchor keys, learn the home row, then add new fingers and keyboard rows gradually. Every lesson uses structured repetitions rather than random text, helping you build rhythm and reliable muscle memory before speed increases. TYPE TO DEFEND Words descend toward your ship. Type each drill correctly to fire, clear the target, and protect your lives. Your ship smoothly follows the active word while the next expected key glows on the teaching keyboard. LEARN WITH BOTH HANDS Finger-colored keys show which hand and finger should move. Lessons begin with focused patterns such as “fffff” and “jjjjj,” then grow into alternating sequences, words, punctuation, and complete phrases. ACCURACY BEFORE SPEED Early lessons stay deliberately calm. New keys are introduced through progression—not by making enemies fall faster. Arcade speed increases only after you reach full-keyboard fluency. MISTAKES BECOME PRACTICE Incorrect keys affect your score and streak, move the enemy closer, and add the drill to the retry queue. Repeated mistakes highlight the finger guidance so you can correct the movement instead of guessing. FEATURES • Structured touch-typing curriculum • Custom QWERTY teaching keyboard that hides by default with a physical keyboard • Support for physical iPad keyboards • Guided finger placement and next-key highlighting • Accuracy goals, streaks, scoring, lives, and adaptive retries • Smooth arcade animation and optional sound effects • Return and Escape shortcuts for keyboard-first navigation Master the keyboard one pair of fingers at a time—and defend the galaxy while you do it.
