Virtu-Meet allows integration with your existing registration system. It also offers the ability to add profile attachments, attendee photos, and custom questions. The fully customizable landing page/virtual lobby can be configured to meet your meeting needs.
The interactive agenda will showcase speaker photos, bios, session descriptions and links to download content. The presentations can be live or pre-recorded with live Q&A.
The live switching allows for a multitude of options for screen looks. From screen sharing, whiteboarding to questions to the presenter and text chat.
Also offering live two-way chatting for smaller interactive sessions and open captioning and translation functions. With Virtu-Meet you will get a complete feel of a physical event.
Beforehand, we coach and rehearse all presenters and clean up presentations. The audio is mixed and monitored, and each presenter feed is sent to a central location where everything is mixed. The presentation graphics are prepared in advance and given to central control to advance and coordinate playback.
We can also verbally communicate with the speaker behind the scenes as the show unfolds to ensure a seamless experience. Our virtual tradeshow can be 2D or 3D, virtually creating the feel of the physical event.
We offer endless options to create your booth drawings. Allowing exhibitors to customize their booth with various levels of booth design and branding elements. Add videos, graphics, logos, links and increase engagement with interactive materials.
Sponsor showcase opportunities are available. Add a virtual networking kit, gift swag bag that is mailed to each attendee as an added touch point. Track, report and increase ROI by capturing attendee's information during event.
