金口訣又稱為“孫臏預測學”，也稱為“袖中金”和“大金口”。
金口訣是一門從大六壬發展而來的高層預測學，它集太乙，奇門，六壬三式精華於一身。由於大六壬的運算系統比較復雜，由天地盤，四課，三傳，神煞等組成，一般人很難學會。在戰國時期，孫臏師從鬼谷子學習易學並將大六壬簡化成四課（人元，貴神，將神和地分）用來推算人事的吉兇禍福，這就是金口訣。後來，金口訣逐漸流入民間並廣泛用於預測世間萬象，進而演變為高層預測學。
免費廣告版本會有廣告並且部分功能的隨機屏蔽。全部功能基本與實用收費版本一致。
金口訣程序提供了以下的功能：
1. 輸入時間，出生年，地分等基本資料，可以起金口訣盤。參數還可以根據實際習慣選擇貴人選法等。
2. 盤面顯示對應的四柱信息，節氣信息，人元，貴神，將神，地分，月將，空亡及各種相關神煞等信息。
3. 根據盤面結果，提供陰陽，旬空，空亡，五動/三動，應期等簡要分析。
4. 提供輔助盤，便於隨時查詢長生12宮等輔助分析工具。
5. 提供六壬合占盤以及御定六壬金口合占的信息。
6. 提供分類用神提示。
7. 提供四位關系分析，相關神煞信息等。
8. 數據列表，提供強大的匹配查詢。
9. 可以隨意維護數據列表中的數據。例如刪除，修改等。
10. 提供數據導入/導出功能，便於數據文件的備份及共享。
11. 提供參數設置，根據實際習慣進行配置。
12. 提供中文簡體/繁體的顯示方式。
13. 根據屏幕大小，自動適配Pad和手機版本。
