BuildStrong puts resources directly in the hands of construction workers. Access substance use resources, improve your mental health, and discover all the resources available to you as a member of Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan (CIRP).

USE ALONE TIMER by Lifeguard Digital Health:
Protect yourself while using substances. App users can begin the timer prior to consumption and reset the time when they know they are safe. If they become unresponsive and cannot stop the timer before it expires, paramedics will automatically be alerted. (Only available in British Columbia)
EDUCATION:
Gain actionable insights on various mental health topics. Watch insightful and concise videos, complete interactive worksheets, and develop techniques to improve yourself.
TOOLBOX TALKS:
Read ready-to-share Toolbox Talks to your team. Expand your knowledge and add new techniques to your mental health toolbox.
Lifeguard Digital Health developed BuildStrong and in collaboration with British Columbia Emergency Health Services and Provincial Health Services Authority, enabled by the British Columbia Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions. BuildStrong is intended for use within British Columbia for members of CIRP.
PRIVACY & SECURITY:
No personally identifiable information is available to CIRP. Aggregated data, such as the number of users in a particular region, is anonymized. Lifeguard Digital Health does not share personal data with any other person, entity, government department, or service – including CIRP.
BuildStrong complies with all industry privacy practices and regulations and meets the highest global standards.
In the event of a Use Alone Timer alert, emergency services gain access to necessary user data, such as their current location.
