For years I used a fitbit watch, and the best thing was the app, which was very intuitive, now I have an apple watch, and the native app is horrible. This app has been the best I have found to deliver your data and objectives in an orderly and understandable manner. If could indicate how many days a week I have trained, it would be perfect. But it doesn'tPor años usé un reloj fitbit, y lo mejor era la app, que era muy intuitiva, ahora tengo un apple watch, y la app nativa es horrible. Esta app ha sido la mejor que he encontrada para que te entregue tus datos y objetivos de manera ordenada y comprensible.

No esta completamente traducida al español,errores ortográficos ,actividad Siaria/actividad Diaria,Horas de Reposo/Horas de Actividad,no registra el sueño controlado por la app reloj de Apple y asi muchas mas ....DINERO BOTADO APP

Novedades: • La vista anual de Entrenamientos ahora te avisa cuando no se pueden cargar los datos de Apple Health, en lugar de mostrar un gráfico en blanco • Se han corregido varios fallos, incluido uno al cambiar de fecha rápidamente en un gráfico y otro con algunos registros de Tensión Arterial • Otras correcciones de errores y mejoras de rendimiento Sigue siendo nuevo desde la 4.3: pídele a Siri cualquier dato de salud, o búscalo directamente desde Spotlight.
