De un dia para otro, solo funciona el 2D, no el MPR ni reconstrucción, he hecho de todo y no hay forma de solucionarlo, tengo una Ipad pro

We tested the dataset you provided and were unable to reproduce the issue. MPR and reconstruction functions worked correctly during our testing. We also contacted you and requested additional information, screenshots, or a screen recording, but none were provided. Without details demonstrating an actual fault, there is little we can investigate. If you would like assistance, please contact support with the relevant information.

It lacks the ability to rotate the axes in 3D MPR, which is essential for me.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback! The application does support axis rotation in 3D MPR. To rotate the axes, simply click or tap on the desired axis and drag to adjust its orientation.

Thank you for your feedback. The app allows you to view 3D image datasets. We have responded to your support ticket and it turns out that you are trying to load a non-3D dataset. The app is good but it cannot do miracles and turn a non-3D dataset into a volumetric study. You seem to be in a hurry to give us a one star review before you understand how the app works.
