Incorporates Syncthing 1.23.2. Fixes problem with Filesystem Watcher Errors - now silently disabled as they serve no purpose on iOS.

1. Synchronization of files in other apps' sandboxes is now available to paid users. 2. Syncthing core updated to 1.23.1. 3. Mobius Sync Pro is introduced as a variant, primarily for users with locked-down devices who cannot make in-app purchases. Paid functionality is identical across the two variants. 4. Upgraded sync core to Syncthing 1.12.0. Newly-created and accepted sync folders will now suggest Advanced setting "Watch for Changes" to be off by default, as it is not very useful under iOS. If this is turned on, an error will be reported if more than 4000 subfolders are watched across all folders (previously crashed).
