Pressly Guide is a mobile-first reference and calculator toolkit for injection molding professionals. Built to support better decisions on the shop floor, during startup, and throughout process development.
Designed for technicians, process engineers, and manufacturing engineers, Pressly combines practical calculators, structured reference guides, and lived-experience checklists into a fast, offline-friendly app you can trust when time and clarity matter.
What Pressly helps with:
Injection molding calculators for clamp tonnage, shot size, residence time, cooling time, and more
Process readiness and startup watch-outs based on real-world molding behavior
Defect-oriented guidance to help frame root cause questions—not jump to conclusions
Material and process references that support engineering judgment, not replace it
Built with intent:
Pressly is guidance, not instruction. It’s designed to help users ask better questions, recognize common pitfalls, and organize what they already know—especially in early trials, transfers, and troubleshooting scenarios.
Who it’s for:
Injection molding technicians and setup personnel
Process, tooling, and manufacturing engineers
Engineers transitioning into plastics processing roles
Whether you’re dialing in a new process, preparing for a trial, or sanity-checking assumptions on the floor, Pressly keeps essential knowledge in your pocket—no spreadsheets, binders, or signal required.
