See what’s the buzz with Buzly! It’s an app designed by Students for Students. It gives you the ability to stay on top of your academic life and make the most of your personal life outside of school. It’s literally an app that can do both! See why students are already all for it, even the college faculty feel this is the best solution to minimize multiple media outlets students have and give students exactly what they need! It’s so simple, everybody wins. As students, we understand it can be a struggle with getting the most out of our academics and fully experiencing that college experience. This is why we brought together this online community especially during the pandemic students have felt even more disconnected from their school and their peers. We want to help change that! With the help of students and school faculty giving us feedback throughout this process, we know this would be a big help for students and getting that sense of community back. Our biggest winning factor is the control to PERSONALIZE the amount and type of notifications students receive. We know we aren’t the only ones who receive multiple emails, messages, or even information on something completely unrelated to our major, career, or even interests. Even so, we might miss something important or that aligns with our interests because we expect it’s just another email. That’s why we are going to help improve the college experience by helping students stay on top of both their academic life as well as making the most of their college experience through social events and so much more! You can find others based on your expected graduation year, major(s), and based on groups you join or create which others can find, and with common interests find others to socialize with virtually and in person! With filtering out what you want to see and don’t want, your feed is uniquely made to your liking! All while still having the ability to search groups if you haven’t joined or are just curious to explore and even find others to interact with. Some features the app includes are: Post content to share and update others Join and create groups Connect with new people Interact and make more friends Quick and easy access to student resources Updates from Campus Find online communities inside and outside of school Universities can reach their target audience without the extra effort After a year of development, Buzly is finally here!
