FieldSense is a simple and intuitive field-force efficiency platform that lets your team get more done - from the field! Combined with a powerful web dashboard, the FieldSense app provides a number of convenient tools and workflows that boost the productivity of field teams while the web-app gives managers an effective engagement and reporting system.

• FieldSense requires access to phone location to ensure location-related coordination with your team.
• The location awareness in FieldSense helps the field force in maintaining accurate customer database by letting them pin the location from the customer’s address.
• Field Force can punch-in to work through the app and thus report to work from anywhere on the field. FieldSense identifies the location from where the user has punched in and displays this in the attendance report in the web panel.
• FieldSense acts as a travel and route planner for the Field Force pinpointing their visit locations and showing them the best possible routes to reach their destinations quickly.
• Field Users can schedule their daily visits themselves.
• Both managers and the field force can exchange any last minute information conveniently and privately through the Instant Messaging capability of FieldSense.
• Meeting Reports can be submitted directly from the field in real-time. FieldSense also enables the field force to make a note of the follow-up activities.
• FieldSense provides a convenient expense reimbursement workflow that allows Field Force to submit their expense claims from the app, notifies managers with relevant information for approving or rejecting the claim and lets the field force check the status of their claims on the app.
• The FieldSense Web Dashboard gives a convenient overview of the current location of the field force, routes travelled and pertinent information on their day’s schedule and accomplishments.
