Bartenders simply create their portfolio by including a photo, location, experience, skill sets and availability. Separately, bar, restaurant and hotel managers also create their profile by also including a photo, location as well as the type of POS system used, a calendar for the shifts needed, dress code and more. Once a connection is made the hiring process begins. Additionally, Bar-bak has the added benefit for traveling bartenders seeking to earn extra money as well as bars seeking short term help during their peak hours. The Bar-bak app is also perfect for private parties and events seeking bartenders for hire.
