HOW TO USE THE TALLER APP TO GROW TALLER:
1. Enter your weight, height, etc. to get a custom plan focused on increasing the chances of becoming taller
2. Take photos of your meals and the app will estimate protein, fat, and calories needed for growing taller (AI calorie tracker)
3. Stay consistent with diet, sleep and exercise to increase the chances of being taller
Some people think they're finished growing taller and stuck with their height forever. While you might grow less as you age, there are many things you can do (with little effort) to simply LOOK taller.
This app gives you personalized tips (based on your height and age) to grow more confident and taller, with diet, exercise, and sleep logging.
Growth Hack analyzes your data and gives you simple goals, like 'sleep 8 hours/night' to help you grow taller.
