During setup, 24 Carrot builds a daily nutrition plan tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Get custom calorie and macro targets based on your age, height, weight, and activity level. Choose your goal — lose weight, gain muscle, eat healthier, or simply track what you eat. Set your pace and see your projected timeline, then adjust anytime as your goals evolve.
See how your nutrition, weight, and activity trend over time with daily, weekly, and monthly charts for calories, protein, carbs, fat, weight, and steps. Log weigh-ins and visualize your trajectory toward your target weight. Track steps, calories burned, and workout frequency at a glance.

24 Carrot requires an active subscription to access all features. Gold includes AI meal scanning, calorie and macro tracking, progress charts, fitness logging, Apple Health sync, personalized nutrition plans, and 3 AI Coach messages. Diamond includes everything in Gold, plus unlimited AI Nutrition Coach access for ongoing personalized guidance.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
