The beautifully designed Maintainly mobile app extends your asset & work order management into the field!
The Maintainly free CMMS mobile app is suitable for both existing Maintainly CMMS users as well as those taking advantage of the Maintainly free trial to seamlessly integrate mobile with the full-version web app.
This intuitive app allows field technicians to be mobile when managing preventative and reactive CMMS work orders, tasks, assets and spare parts.
Maintainly app features include:
* Add new assets & spare parts, including photo uploads
* Scan asset QR codes to view current and past work orders
* Manage preventative & reactive work orders, assets and materials
* Update the priority and assign users to work orders
* Receive push notifications for newly assigned work orders and work order updates
* Add or update the planned start date and time of work orders
* Log work activity with speech-to-text dictation
* Track work time that flows directly to the fully-integrated personal timesheets
* Take photos and upload PDFs
* Record spare part and consumables usage, downtime, and other key work order metrics* Track asset location changes, view assets/tasks by geo-location area, integrated with map apps

Material QR Codes
You can now scan QR codes to quickly add materials to tasks.
Easily filter tasks by materials used or search for materials from the material list.
Scan QR codes directly from the task list to filter by assets or materials used.

Added haptic feedback when activating the torch while scanning QR codes.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where activating automations did not refresh the task list.
Resolved a problem where some devices failed to display validation errors.
