Reading is a complex interaction between the text and the reader which is shaped by the reader's prior knowledge, experiences, attitude, and language community which is culturally and socially situated.
With the rapid development of modern society, people's lives have changed dramatically. Reading allows me to enter into new worlds and new lives. However, the names of philosophers, authors, and artists show up in lines at times. Some names are familiar, but it's difficult for me to confirm the details immediately. These intermittent pauses break the rhythm of reading on and off. The situation inspired me, so Specus series were born.
