What's New in Task Tree 2.1 • iCloud Sync — Your projects now stay in sync across your iPhone, iPad and Mac. Choose which projects to sync: swipe right on a project to turn sync on or off. Synced projects show a cloud icon. • Task Tree for Mac — Task Tree now runs natively on the Mac, with a menu bar, keyboard shortcuts (⌘N new task, ⇧⌘N new project, ⌘R sync now) and right-click menus. • Export & Import Projects — Share any project or task as a .tasktree file via AirDrop, Mail or Files, and open it on another device to import it as a new project. • New Project sheet — Name your project and choose whether it syncs with iCloud right when you create it. • Old iCloud backups can still be imported; they are added as new projects without overwriting your current data. • Faster reordering and many stability improvements.

Task Tree 2.0 is a big update! • Projects: your top-level lists are now Projects — each shows a progress bar, a done count, and its due status at a glance. • Inline due dates: set a due date right in the list with a pop-up calendar, no extra screen. • Move anywhere: move a task (with its subtasks) under any other task, or promote it to its own project. Invalid targets are greyed out, with a clear confirmation before moving. • Smarter duplicate: see exactly what will be copied before duplicating a task and its subtasks. • Noteholic integration: send a task tree to Noteholic, and import notes from Noteholic as a project — indentation becomes your task hierarchy. • Cleaner hierarchy view: projects stand out and your current location is easier to follow. • Refreshed empty state, visuals, and stability improvements.
