Background
When welders are used for pressure welding, they must be qualified for the welding process. It is the responsibility of the organization to qualify their welders. Welder performance qualification must address all applicable essential variables for qualification.

The ranges qualified are in accordance with ASME Section IX 2023 Edition.

Design for manufacturer to verify if performance variables are addressed correctly and ranges qualified are in accordance with ASME Section IX and construction Code.
This app give ranges qualified for welder performance qualification as well as generate QW-484A form
Scope
This app address welder performance qualification variables for arc welding processes (OFW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, PAW & LBW).
