收益界面可否改进
南京银行理财界面是否可以像支付宝、微信理财、包括中行等，直接有收益栏，平时发工资我会拿出一部分买理财，但还得自己用个本子记下来本金多少，隔一段时间自己减一下，才知道收益，太不智能，强烈建议改进！
服务态度真的太差
手机下载应用一直显示无法下载应用，此时无法安装“南京银行”。到柜台工作人员解决不了，告诉留下联系方式第二天客服会联系解决，一直没回音；联系客服按照他们所有的方法还是解决不了问题，又告诉我技术人员会联系解决，一周早过了也没人联系，你们不就是欺负老百姓是弱势群体吗？
用了很多年，坚定选择
一路使用过来的，前几年确实问题比较多，但是看的出来一直在不断完善，页面也越做越流畅，希望南京银行越来越好。
