刚干房产的时候，用本子记录了一大堆房源，翻起来很麻烦，每隔一段时间就要更新，后来换了一家公司，用上了巧房，感觉功能很强大，房源随身携带，客户也是随身携带，很多时候下班就可以和客户联系，下班也不妨碍工作，每套有效的房子都上传照片，给客户推荐起来超级简单。希望软件开发商继续努力，寻找bug，及时补充。
巧房使我更高效
之前做中介基本没有软件，后来用了某个软件这里就不说了，bug很多，后来公司换了巧房，可以直接外面办公，很方便，确实对自己帮助很大，10月份开了三单！
挺实用的
挺方便的，常用的房源客源都可以查，做实勘也可以直接手机提交，节省了不少时间。
