Personalized Diet Plans: View and manage your personalized diet plans with the option to request changes as needed. Progress Tracking: Keep tabs on your progress with detailed tracking for body measurements, weight, and more. Check-In Forms: Submit your check-in forms effortlessly to keep your coach updated and receive ongoing guidance. Terms and Conditions 1-ONLINE FITNESS TRAINING TERMS By accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province or have obtained necessary consent for any minor dependents to use our online fitness training service. The use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited, as is violating any laws in your jurisdiction. You are not allowed to transmit any harmful code. Failure to comply with these terms will result in an immediate termination of your online fitness training services. 2-FITNESS PLANS AND SERVICES For the fitness plans, your plans will be ready in 4 days after filling the assessments at the beginning. Coach Alfy will review them and customiz your plans after that. You'll have access to use the app to check your workout plans, nutrition plans, and log your workouts during the subscription period. 3-PROHIBITED USES Unlawful, infringing, or prohibited uses are not allowed. 4-FITNESS TERMINATION These Terms of Service are effective until the period of your subscription ends. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Online Fitness Training Services. 5-ENTIRE FITNESS AGREEMENT These Fitness Terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements. 6-CHANGES TO FITNESS TERMS We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Fitness Terms by posting updates.
