In our first App update of 2026: · We’re giving you more info about certain card purchases and authorisations, so you can be in the know · We’re adding even more Banks to Open Banking – meaning you can see balances of accounts held with another Bank (cough), all within our App! · It’s ‘new year, new us’ so we’ve tweaked a few designs and squashed a few bugs

You told us you wanted to see your available balance first. We listened and made it the main one on your home screen. Just tap on your account to see more details.

In this release: - We’re introducing the ability for your to hide & reorder your accounts and cards with us. This means you’ll be able to hide things like debit cards from your home screen if you fancy - or perhaps hide your savings account so you aren’t tempted to spend! - We’re introducing in-app notification badges. This means if we need to give you a little nudge to check things out, you’ll see an alert against that particular feature. You can clear it by simply going in to that option in the menu. - We’ve had a little refresh of some of our in-app design, I mean who doesn’t love a little makeover from time to time! - As always, we’ve squashed some bugs and fine tuned performance for you

Just double tap the Santander logo at the top of your home page to hide, or show, your balances. - Scroll to the bottom of your home screen and tap ‘Add another bank’ to link your other bank accounts.
