Introducing a rich text editor in ticket replies

Improved layout: - better font scaling if device text zoom is set high (ticket text, reply text, update messages, text inputs and welcome/login screens) - all corners are now less rounded - unified icons, buttons and toolbars - better spacing, less unnecessary white space Improved user experience: - Opening Replies will now automatically scroll to the most recent reply - Bigger batches of replies are now loaded on first load and subsequent "load more" button presses

Ticket reply is now saved as draft when navigating away from the "compose" screen without sending. The draft can be discarded or edited & sent. Full-screen compose UI now shows the customer avatar, name and ticket title for reference. Single ticket view header no longer collapses on scroll, instead it can be collapsed with a dedicated button. Various spacing, icons and color/contrast improvements in the welcome screen, login screen, listings, single items, and more. Unified the usage of transparent and blur backgrounds across components. iPads: layout improvements for pop-ups / modals. Smaller iPhones: layout improvements for the Preferences screen.

Added the ability to prevent the user from closing the ticket (if enabled in the backend). Minor interface improvements.
