Watch steps from Apple Health: Connect in Settings, then they count from the next day. Home and Rewards keep yesterday’s total while today’s steps catch up, so the counter doesn’t flash 0. If you use two devices, today’s steps only go up. Tap a hive photo to browse; tap + to change it.
