Compared to the full version of the DaoDesk/ServiceDesk system, the mobile app has limited functionality, but it still allows you to provide complete remote customer support. No matter where you are, you will always stay informed about customer requests and be able to respond to them. Additionally, the app will always notify you in the background about important events related to tickets.
