It estimates the TS% needed to meet a target dry solids (DS) load and calculates the mixing tank volume required. The app includes a mixing time calculator to support consistent blending and better results. It guides polymer make-up by calculating solution concentration, required make-up water, and dilution ratio. A simple aging time tracker helps you monitor how long the solution has been standing before use. It also provides rough estimates for pH correction chemical and lime dose for basic planning. Finally, it estimates sludge density from TS% using a simple model, helping with volume and pumping checks.
