Dispatch Passenger app can be used by private hire, taxi, chauffeur service and limousine hire companies to enable their passengers to create and manage bookings via the Dispatch booking system. It allows authorised passengers to create and manage bookings, make card payments for bookings created, view the details of drivers and vehicles assigned to bookings, view the status and track the driver on active bookings. The user can also create a list of favourite locations and journeys which can then be used to create bookings. Now you can access all your pre-booked and instant bookings in the palm of your hand, from anywhere and at any time! What can you do? - Enter your name and contact details which are then used on all bookings created - Create a list of favourite locations and journeys that can be used to quickly create bookings using regular locations - Obtain instant quotes for journeys based on available vehicle types - Create bookings with just a few clicks - View and manage all upcoming and previously made bookings - Make card payments for bookings - View details of the driver and vehicle allocated to your bookings - Receive status updates for active journeys to see when the driver is en route, at the pickup, has the passenger on board - Track the driver’s location in real time on a map whilst on active bookings And much, much more. How to get started? Download the app and simply enter the provided registration number of the private hire, taxi, chauffeur service and limousine hire company to begin. The company will have to be registered for Dispatch first.
