Because your subscription was processed through Apple’s App Store, all billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Go to 👉 reportaproblem.apple.com

Sign in with your Apple ID.

Locate your Eatr subscription.

Select “Request a refund” and describe the issue (for example: “Charged immediately despite expecting free trial”).

Apple usually reviews and processes these requests quickly.

We also sincerely regret that language support is still limited. Expanding translations to make the app easier to use is already on our roadmap.

9.23第一次下载后点击了7天免费试用期后付款298/year的订阅,想着用用看再决定要不要花这298,不喜欢的话只要7天内在苹果设置apple id的订阅里取消就行,结果当天没有任何通知直接扣款了,还是在于支付宝账单里看到的,在苹果申请了两次退款都失败了,电话联系苹果客服说只有两次申请退款的机会现在都用掉了,现在只能试着联系商家…

Since all billing and refunds are controlled entirely by Apple, developers unfortunately do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. However, here’s what you can still try:

Contact Apple Support again by phone and clearly explain the situation (mention the trial offer and the immediate charge). Sometimes, Apple can escalate refund cases manually beyond the automated system.

Share screenshots of the trial offer and your subscription details when speaking with Apple’s support team.

If you’d like, please also email us at eatrhelp@gmail.com
with your purchase details. While we cannot issue the refund ourselves, we’ll be glad to provide written confirmation of your case that you can use when speaking with Apple Support.

如果可以的话我宁愿一星都不给!取消订阅之后删除app了仍然扣了我100多。如果是个好用的软件我就下载回来重新用了 又难用又诈骗。希望大家不要被坑了!
