Error codes are a common issue with medical equipment when a system is not working properly. Trying to find out what the error code numbers mean and what can be done to correct the problem has always been a mystery to surgical staff and even sometimes with the Healthcare Technology Managers (Biomeds). Enter the ERROR CODE App that will instantly give you the information you need to know about the problem that just happened and what you can do to fix it. When a medical system finds a fault or an error with the equipment, the software will generate a special code that gives the user and the service person insight to what went wrong and how it can be repaired or reset. Sometimes the error is minor and a simple reconnection of a handpiece or unclamping a tubing will fix the issue. If the problem is direr, then the ERROR CODE app can give you insight into what went wrong and what it will take to get the system back up and running. The ERROR CODE app will also allow you to make comments that can be shared with other users.
