Invoices can now be submitted with additional notes. Invoices now show their original amount as well as their exchanged amount.

Added a new role, Aircraft Manager, which allows members to assign expenses to any active aircraft. Added missing label to a summary modal. Notification warning toast now dismissible.

Removed a mandatory field for one type of invoice.

Users can assign their expenses to only Company, to only Aircraft, or both based on their User Role.

We added the option to submit invoices without assigning them to a trip.
