Forms is a complete app for creating Form Templates and then filling those Forms as many times as you want. There is no signup or need to use another device. Forms works completely offline, until you wish to share your Form Template, Form or PDF document.
Forms has been designed to save you time, ensure you do not miss any important information and to create a beautiful PDF Document. To help with this, Forms has many time saving ways to capture your information, as well as indicating if any mandatory information is missing.
Forms includes many useful Form Templates for you to get started immediately or copy these Form Templates and tweak them to make your bespoke Forms.

Forms is free to download and fully evaluate until you wish to share, then you need to subscribe. There is a free week long trial to help you fully evaluate Forms.

- By subscribing you will be able to create and share an unlimited number of Forms, Form Templates and PDF Documents.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn auto-renewal on or off by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
