Fixes crash adding non-photo media items on iPad

Fix problem with place definitions from the likes of Legacy where a place could be duplicated if events at that location didn't match the latitude / longitude of the place definition. Source citations attached to names are added to the person when importing rather than being lost. Place definition abbreviations are no longer set if they match the full name of the place.

When exporting the primary photo will now be flagged, required for programs like Family Tree Builder to correctly display the photo for a person.

Fixed problem with shared events resulting in an event being assigned when someone is e.g. just a witness to the event. Shared events are now only imported for each individual where the event / fact is a Census or Residence event/fact, or no role is provided, or the role given is Principal. Added setting to revert to the previous shared event behaviour.

Fixes import of names where a surname formatted as per GEDCOM specification is not present, the name will now be treated as a given name rather than a surname. Fixes potential error when importing names where either a surname and a given name are not provided. Fixes problem viewing source citations / sources that do not contain any fields. Fixed issue when importing files which deviate from the GEDCOM specification for the maximum size of an xrefid. Support added for exporting photos/other media in an alternative method to improve compatibility with older software which doesn't support GEDCOM 5.5.1 linked media records. Support added to specify a folder name to appear in the photo/other media filenames in the GEDCOM file. When set to where you unzip the exported file this should improve compatibility with importing into other programs.
