Glean App is an online coaching platform, purpose built from the ground up by personal trainers Sean Casey and Evan Daly. Glean uses a principle based approach and aims to educate users on how weight loss and other areas of fitness actually work. The main aim of Glean is to empower users by giving them the education and knowledge they need to not only get results but maintain them long term.
