Yet another bug fix release.  We hope that for now the opening of GPX files works for everybody.

Apparently we forgot the distance marker during our revamp. Well, it's back! Here are some other stuff we handled while we were at it: * Cleanup the menu items. * Add a menu item that allows you to show/hide the map zoom controls. * Make it possible to choose your custom color for the track and route. (it's hidden under the map menu item) * Make sure the review popup triggers all the time. * We fixed the hybrid map view type selection. We hope you enjoy these improvements, more to come later!

Hi again. Sorry for the long delay, but I finally got around to fix some bugs and add some small features. Here what I did: - Some small bug fixes. - Cleanup the top bar view. - Show a nicer distance label.

I update the design of the waypoints and the waypoint popup and the distance indicator, so it looks a bit more like the current OS does. Next to that I also fixed some small bugs: - Removed the menu zoom buttons, because they became useless. - QuickLook will now open files in a different case. You will still be able to import files from http instead of https with an upcoming OS.

Well it was time to update the QuickLook integration in GPX Reader. I customised it to better match the new Yosemite style. And next to that I fixed a bug that QuickLook won't work on some machines. Hope it's fixed because this was a hard one. Because of multiple request I changed the track color to a red color so it's better visible on the map. I also added a white stroke around it in order to get the best visual effect. And last but not least, I updated the annotation's style so it matches the iOS version's annotation design. This version of GPX Reader will have full Yosemite compatibility. I added a feature called handoff so you can easily open GPX/TCX files on your Mac when you just opened them on you iPhone or iPad. I also updated the icon to be more OS X like. An the overall design is looks more like the iOS version. Way better, don't you think? \o/ Hope you still like GPX Reader. There was a bug on some machines, they were unable to open GPX or TCX files with a certain configuration. This should be fixed with this update. I'm working hard on the 3.0 version of GPX reader, with barograph support. I hope you'll like it!

Well, it's me again. With another bug fix, the new year hasn't been good to GPX Reader. But hopefully things will change. Thanks to James and Richard this version will fix all the file reading bugs. If there are still some issues don't hesitate to contact me on my website.

The following issues were resolved thanks to you guys. - Corrected the support URL, now points to the new website. - The zoom in/out buttons on the map should be more stable. - Show the correct name and/or description in the annotation popup. I also fixed the bug where Quick Look doesn't always works. After installing this update don't forget to start the application once before trying the Quick Look functionality. Let me know if other problems occur. Peace.

The previous version of GPX Reader introduced a bug where the map wouldn't display. This should be fixed in this version. Sorry for the inconvenience, some weird thing were happening here in Belgium.

The application crashed with some users in some rare cases where the displaying of the user location would go out of memory. I removed the user location from the application and will continue to search for a solution on this. I'll keep you posted!

Thanks to Spencer I could fix a bug where the application with crash without any reason and just with some specific files. This should be more stable in this version. Also the current user location should be display with the correct blue annotation. So now you can finally use your mac to follow a GPX track! Can you image the possibilities? Rebuild the application from scratch to fit OS X Mavericks with the new Maps. It's the first GPX Reader application where you can check your GPX files with the new Apple Maps, and it works great!
