HRFlowTech is the mobile self-service app for employees and managers on the HRFlowTech platform — modern HR, payroll, leave, and attendance for Hong Kong & APAC teams.
Sign in with the work email provided by your employer. Features available to you depend on what your organisation has enabled.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Home dashboard — see attendance status, pending claims, leave requests, and notifications at a glance
• Attendance — punch in and out, and review your attendance records
• Leave — check balances and submit leave requests (including AI-assisted draft notes where enabled)
• E-Claims — create expense claims, attach receipt photos from camera or gallery, track status, and (for approvers) review the approvals inbox
• Payslips — view your payslip history and line-item details
• Notifications — stay on top of approvals, reminders, and HR updates
• AI assistant — ask HR policy and payroll questions (when enabled by your company). AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect — always verify with HR before acting
• For HR / managers — employee directory and reports & analytics (when your role and tenant modules allow)

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
HRFlowTech Mobile is for staff of organisations that already use HRFlowTech. You need a valid company account issued by your employer. This app does not sell subscriptions or digital content to consumers, and it does not offer public self-registration or in-app purchases.
