Human Resource Information System is automation to smooth daily HRM activities with employee management, employee separation,attendance management, over time calculation, leave, holidays and payroll. It has the involvement of other department like as accounts and management.
Here only approved users can login and can see their daily attendance and input daily bills, raise requisition for different product such as accessories, stationaries and IT asset.
User can login to the system if he is provided by a user ID and password from HR department, without authentic user id and pasword provided by HR department nobody can access to the system.
User information is highly secured as there is no option to create user id of his own if HR department not provide any user id from their end.
User Id is very strong as here imposed hashing and salt which is not possible to break.
HR provided user id maintain the digit policy like as head office user can get one type of digit and other user can get different type of digit.
No sql injection is possible as here used parameterised stored procedure to avoid unavoidable circumstances.
