Satellite - ASIGN APP is a basic version of ASIGN PRO, allowing users to save 99% on bandwidth costs and time to see critical content.
The ASIGN system is made for situations where users would like high precision visual details for certain parts of a photo or video that represent the core, relevant content, geo-located in time and space.
ASIGN works by first sending a geo-tagged preview image of the situation, typically consuming 100-1000 times less data than the original, yet still providing a full situational overview. ASIGN app users can select parts of the images and send those across in full precision at will. The receiver can see both overview and selected details, while the sender benefits from a highly curated use of network bandwidth.
On the basis of a preview image, a receiving user can (with full versions of ASIGN) also pull desired high definition details. The full versions - such as ASIGN Pro and UAV-ASIGN - also support video, audio captions, UAV camera and import from DSLR and other camera sources.
Use ASIGN to send an overview photo and details such as a street sign, a license plate, a person’s face, a certain building, a damaged car - use it for fun if you like! Try it out - imagine the possibilities.
