This update makes FlexTime and My Class more powerful and easier to use. Teachers can now multi-select activities, search without a user list, and send notes with FlexTime assignments. Students see clear labels like “Activity full” or “Not available” during sign-up. Admins can grant all teachers report access, and key bugs in exports, FlexTime, and user lists have been fixed.

This update allows teachers to conduct multiple activities within a FlexTime period, simplifies student registration via teacher profiles, and enables kiosk check-in for additional teachers. User list management is now more efficient with bulk visibility changes and dynamic auto-generated lists based on real-time SIS data. Additionally, we've fixed various bugs to improve performance.

Students and teachers can now update their FlexTime registrations even when the other group’s registration deadline has passed, ensuring smoother scheduling for everyone. We also resolved a permissions issue that allowed teachers to access the Check-In feature via “My Class” without proper authorization—access now fully respects your school’s settings. Additionally, edits to Scheduled Reports are now correctly saved and retained. Thanks for your continued feedback and support as we work to make Minga even better!

New FlexTime and check in categories have been added to the My Class interface, allowing teachers and admins to register students for activities and assign check ins to their students easily. Homeroom lists are now manageable within My Class, and teachers can toggle the display of student check-in and FlexTime statuses for better classroom control.

We have introduced a unified synchronization process that consolidates the sync operations for all user roles. This enhancement ensures that users are not inadvertently deleted and re-added due to role-specific syncs. A new safeguard mechanism has been also implemented to prevent accidental mass deletions during synchronization.

The latest My Class update improves navigation, access, and classroom management. Teachers and Staff can now see who is out of class, get audio alerts for expired hall passes, and quickly assign frequent actions. Global search allows managing students beyond the active class, while direct messaging enables seamless communication. These updates streamline workflows and resolve bugs for a more efficient classroom experience.
