・ Instruction manuals for respective models can be browsed.
Troubleshooting and support
・ Products can be recognized by reading the QR code marked on the driver unit. (QR codes will be marked on units one after the other.)
・ Users can check details and countermeasures for failures by selecting the model and the F1 code displayed on the drive-unit panel surface.
・ Log data handled by customers can be sent to TMEIC.
Precautions and requests concerning use of the Application:
- Communication fees may be required to download the Application.
- The camera function is used to read QR codes.
- The dial function is used when contacting customer support.
- The content and functions are subject to change or termination without notice.
- The Application is provided “as is” without any warranty.
