Health Care includes three parts modules: EMDR, Home remedies, BMI calculator. 1. EMDR A macOS app for a self administrated EMDR treatment. What is EMDR? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories (Shapiro, 1989a, 1989b). [..] EMDR therapy facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse life experience to bring these to an adaptive resolution. After successful treatment with EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced. 2. Home remedies Health Care prides your right approach towards various diseases and injuries. Also provide the basic information on various medical tests. It includes the following contents: diseases, medical tests, injuries, drugs, home remedies and herbal medicines. With the App, you can easily learn medical knowledge and it is useful in everyday life. a). DISEASES - This part covers information on many diseases, cancers, and complete guides to diseases like insomnia, flu, asthma, blood pressure lung cancer, alzheimer's disease, depression, diabetes, insomnia, cancer, IBS, arthritis etc. b). INJURIES - Information on many personal & sports injuries on various body parts like chest, ankle, back, head etc. to help you cope with them! c). DRUGS - Provides basic information on drugs and tips on how to use medications safely. More drugs will be added soon! d). HERBAL MEDICINES - Why herbal and alternative medicines are so useful? Find out here! This part also has information on many herbs. e). HOME REMEDIES - Relieve various common ailments with natural treatments. Why not use the gifts of nature? 3. BMI calculator The App also can be used to calculate BMI value and corresponding weight status while taking age into consideration. Use the "Metric Units" tab for the International System of Units to convert units into either US or metric units. Note that the calculator also computes the Ponderal Index in addition to BMI, both of which are discussed below in detail. Features: 1.
