Yoga for BJJ was founded by Sebastian Brosche, a former IBJJF Worlds double gold medalist and UAEJJF World Champion. Now a black belt and owner of a yoga studio in Norway, Sebastian has channeled his expertise into a tool that addresses the unique needs of BJJ athletes. The app also features Rosi Sexton, a professional osteopath and former MMA champion, who leads the Rehab Program for injury recovery and prevention, plus classes from Stine Brosche, 2-time IBJJF European medalist Adam Ellis and IBJJF Champion Sarah Draht.
