Fixed agenda view that was not displayed properly in previous version

1. Fixed Dark Theme colors. 2. Removed a period after a date with events.

Fixed Google calendar integration issue when you had to switch current month back and forth to see new events.

Fixed calendar view, added a new row. Now calendar view is 7 columns by 6 rows, not 7 columns by 5 rows. Fixed some settings for Date & Time view.

Added start indication - date will blink red for 5 seconds after launch to indicate where is the calendar.

Minor Issue fixed

Fixed certain issues with subscription activation. Fixed view for the setting "First day of the week".

App was completely rewritten using SwiftUI, premium version was added that shows Google and Outlook events.

Added "Deselect all" button in settings for calendars filtering. Minor UI and style changes.

Fixed small issue with filtering for more than 3 calendars.

Removed multiple dots for events under the date. Now day may have only single dot - to show if this date has events or no. Added calendar selection - now you can choose what calendars to display in settings. Removed seconds from time format. Changed settings window, made it much simpler and organized. Changed style for event list, made it light and clean. Fixed System Calendar Icon - it works now properly. If you have duplicated events in the event list - quit and start app again. It will disappear. Small caching issue due to new version.

Added current date highlighting. Added dimming for days that are not in a current month.
