垃圾软件，诱导消费

被垃圾软件坑骗的消费者之一
在下载别的软件时，不小心点到这个软件，由于指纹输入，直接扣款。在苹果官方渠道申请退款两次都被驳回，因为这个软件开发商拒绝退款。完全不需要付费软件，莫名其妙按照它默认的最高价5小时193元进行收费，天理何在？请大家一定要注意它的诱导消费，我会继续投诉。

你好 Thank you for your honest review of the Transcriber app. We treat each user with ten transcription minutes to test the app and decide if it suits their needs. If you have any left transcription minutes in your account at the end of your monthly subscription, they automatically transfer to the next month, so you will never lose them. Thank you!

The most common problem resulting in incomplete and inaccurate transcripts is caused by the bad quality of the submitted audio recording. We recommend checking the quality of your audio file. Please remember that if the speech in the recording is hard to understand even to humans, the AI machines will struggle even more. We recommend you contact our customer support directly via the app, and we will refund you the transcription minutes so you can try transcribing a better quality recording to see that Transcriber can generate meaningful transcripts. Alternatively, head to Transcriber and tap on the top left Info icon, where you will find a tutorial. On the last tutorial screen, you will find 5 Recording tips that we recommend following.
