- Don't stress if you have an issue that needs to be fixed! Easily submit a request right from the app and include a photo so your property manager can get it resolved as soon as possible.
- Stay informed about your building and unit. Your property manager can post announcements through the app to give you a heads up about things like parking bans, office hours, or even fun events in your neighborhood.

Maintenance Assistant
- Accounts with this feature enabled will be able to launch the Maintenance Assistant when submitting a maintenance request for minor and common issues.
- The assistant will ask questions and offer optional (or “skippable”) troubleshooting steps to help you try and resolve it independently.
- You and your property manager will be able to access the history with the maintenance assistant to maintain a record of the issue and how it was troubleshooted.
